Excellent customer service

I am pleased to say that we have now sorted the problem and it wasn’t the light fitting at all, but the light switch on the wall which had a slightly loose wire which we were able to fix.   We are very pleased with our harper light fitting as it provides a bright light and looks good.   Your customer service is excellent and we will  use your company again if we need it

Happy New Year I have bought quite a number of light fittings from Universal Lighting in recent months as part of a major home renovation.  I’ve been extremely impressed with both the quality of the items received and with the level of customer service.  Of particular note was when Eddie was able to proactively help me out when it turned out the my laptop auto-fill function had somehow created a hybrid of 3 different addresses, and two enormous chandeliers were scheduled to be delivered to a house that we no longer live in, 200 miles from our current home!  I was so grateful that he was above to intervene and get the deliveries redirected – it prevented a fairly major headache at our end.   Both chandeliers have been fitted and look lovely.   So yes I have been very happy and will almost certainly be buying more from you before this job is through…!

Breathtaking service

Thank you. I am more than delighted with my lamps. As a child I’d a magical fantasy castle lamp which got stolen. For over 20 years I’ve searched for something similar. When I plugged in my Rapunzel lamp it brought tears to my eyes. Exquisitely beautiful and even more so than my first, I have now been looking at all your other unusual and beautiful lamps. The Tiffany is gorgeous too. You’re service and the pure joy you’ve brought me is breathtaking. Thanks SO much
