I just thought I would let you know that I am extremely pleased with the two teal lampshades which arrived this morning.   They exactly match the velvet cushions I bought a few weeks ago and have altered the whole appearance of my room.   I have been most impressed by the efficient way you and your colleagues have dealt with my order.  I wish other companies would do the same.

Exceptional product and service

Exceptionally happy with both product and service Chloe-Anne. We have purchased from you before. In between we went to a different company (that was cheaper) for our kitchen lights. We have come back to you because their customer service was really poor compared with Universal Lighting, so we decided we’d rather pay more! Originally I wanted to buy a more expensive light fitting on this order, but my husband has reservations…….the stag fitting was a compromise on my part, but I feel really happy now it’s up.

Thank you for your courtesy email.  I am delighted with all the lights. It is always a gamble ordering when you have not seen the item on display etc.  The Mackenzie outdoor wall lights are prefect for the style and look at the back of our house.  The quality is excellent as was the service I received from customer services.   We are still in the process of renovating so I am sure I will be ordering more lights in the future.

Excellent customer service

I am pleased to say that we have now sorted the problem and it wasn’t the light fitting at all, but the light switch on the wall which had a slightly loose wire which we were able to fix.   We are very pleased with our harper light fitting as it provides a bright light and looks good.   Your customer service is excellent and we will  use your company again if we need it

Happy New Year I have bought quite a number of light fittings from Universal Lighting in recent months as part of a major home renovation.  I’ve been extremely impressed with both the quality of the items received and with the level of customer service.  Of particular note was when Eddie was able to proactively help me out when it turned out the my laptop auto-fill function had somehow created a hybrid of 3 different addresses, and two enormous chandeliers were scheduled to be delivered to a house that we no longer live in, 200 miles from our current home!  I was so grateful that he was above to intervene and get the deliveries redirected – it prevented a fairly major headache at our end.   Both chandeliers have been fitted and look lovely.   So yes I have been very happy and will almost certainly be buying more from you before this job is through…!
